The HomeMatch SMS Program (the "Program") is operated by Apex Business Advising LLC, doing business as HomeMatch ("HomeMatch," "we," "us"). The most current version of these terms is accessible at home-match.org.
Users who affirmatively opt in may receive recurring text messages from HomeMatch in one or both of the following categories: (1) account notifications and customer care — contractor match updates, quote and appointment reminders, and related account content; and (2) marketing and promotions — project tips, offers, and other promotional content.
SMS consent is optional and is collected through two separate, unchecked checkboxes on our Get Updates form — one for account notifications and customer care, and one for marketing and promotions. Checking either or both is not a condition of using HomeMatch or making a purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorize HomeMatch to send messages of the selected type(s) to that number using automated technology.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email support@home-match.org, call (719) 204-1003, or use our Contact section.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier coverage and is not guaranteed on all networks or devices.
The Program runs on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and U.S. Cellular, along with their affiliated and prepaid networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for the Program.
HomeMatch, the HomeMatch logo, and related marks are trademarks of Apex Business Advising LLC. You may not use our name, logo, or marks without our prior written permission.
We may terminate your subscription to the Program at any time, with or without notice.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered promptly, or at all, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeMatch, Apex Business Advising LLC, and our officers, employees, and partners from any claim arising out of your use of the Program or your violation of these terms.
Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with exclusive jurisdiction in its state and federal courts.
